You _must_ update all ConfigToolbar buttons which refer to tools: ie press "Command" button and choose a tool again, then OK. fix: if plugins ConfigToolbar + ExternalTools were used, and toolbar button was created for ext-tool, it was stored to ConfigToolbar config wrong (thanks Markus F.).
